Do I need to be experienced to train here?

Not at all. Our equipment is computer-controlled and adapts to your effort, so it is safe and effective whether you are 15 or 85. Every program is built around an initial movement screening.

How long is a typical session?

ARX strength sessions are 10–20 minutes. Vasper cardio is 21 minutes. Recovery modalities (PEMF, red light, and LiveO2) run 15–20 minutes, so you can combine several in under an hour.

What's included with a membership?

How accurate is the Seca body scan?

It is medical-grade: 97% accurate compared with whole-body MRI for muscle mass, and 98% for fat-free mass and total body water. The same scanner is used by leading hospitals and performance facilities worldwide.
